To register and maintain an active Account on pk598, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

4.5 Account Currency. Accounts are operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is specified at account creation. pk598 does not guarantee the availability of any specific currency at any given time.
5.1 pk598 operates KYC procedures in line with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. All Users may be required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed and in other circumstances at pk598's discretion.
5.2 Standard KYC Documents. pk598 may request any or all of the following documents:
5.3 Prohibited Document Actions. Users must never alter, crop, obscure, edit or falsify any KYC document in any manner. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
5.4 Secure Submission. All documents must be uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification interface. pk598 will never request sensitive documents via unencrypted email, SMS or third-party messaging applications.
5.5 pk598 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The duration of any such hold will be proportionate to the complexity of the verification review.
6.1 Deposits. Deposits into your pk598 Account may be made through payment methods made available on the Platform. Familiar local payment references for Pakistani users include bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash), the Raast instant payment system and selected cryptocurrency options (including BTC and USDT). 6.2 Withdrawal Processing. 6.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are specified within the Platform cashier. Illustrative examples: a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 and a minimum withdrawal of PKR 500 may apply; however, actual limits are set by the operator and are subject to change.
6.4 Declined Transactions. pk598 does not guarantee that any deposit or withdrawal attempt will be approved by the relevant payment provider. Declined transactions may result from provider-side restrictions unrelated to pk598.
6.5 Own Funds Requirement. Users must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of, or receiving funds from, a third party is prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. pk598 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers that appear to exploit pricing errors, are placed in breach of these Terms, or are suspected of being placed using prohibited strategies.
7.2 Odds. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a wager is confirmed and accepted. Acceptance of a wager by the Platform constitutes a binding agreement at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance.
7.3 Settlement. Wagers are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. pk598 uses official results and statistics from recognised data providers. In the event of a data discrepancy, pk598 reserves the right to re-settle affected wagers in accordance with official results.
7.4 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement; market suspension; palpable errors in odds; or failure of a market data feed. Void bet stakes are typically returned to the User's Account.
7.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are offered on selected events, including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, EPL football and UFC fight nights. Live markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time based on event status and data feed availability.
8.1 pk598 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers or other incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions accompanying each offer, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over this section.
8.2 Rollover Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 welcome bonus with a 30× rollover requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers. Actual rollover multiples are stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
8.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible, verified adult Users only. pk598 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. Use of coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting or bonus abuse involving multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account termination.
8.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated rollover requirements expire on the date specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk598 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
12.3 pk598's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13.1 pk598 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, if:
13.2 Upon Account termination for cause, pk598 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk598 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any sums owed to pk598) will be processed for return via the payment method on file, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. pk598 does not represent that these Terms, or the Platform's operation, comply with the laws of Pakistan or any specific Pakistani jurisdiction. Users are reminded that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that the legal status of remote online gambling may vary by province and activity type.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall in the first instance be submitted to pk598's customer support team for informal resolution. pk598 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to such formal dispute resolution mechanisms as may be specified in the Platform's complaint procedure, details of which are available on request.
15.1 pk598 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk598 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
15.3 The version of these Terms published at https://pk598.cam/terms-conditions at any given time is the version currently in effect.
